The technical standards for semi-finished eyeshadow products are primarily established based on four core aspects: powder fineness, dispersion uniformity, pan-pressing and molding, and stability control.

Powder Fineness and Dispersion Standards
Color pigments, mica, and pearlescent raw materials undergo rigorous pulverization and sieving processes to ensure uniform particle size and the absence of any noticeable coarse particles. During the dispersion phase, high-speed mixing or three-roll milling techniques are typically employed to ensure the powder is distributed consistently throughout the system, thereby preventing issues such as color patchiness or excessive powder fallout. This process serves as the fundamental basis for guaranteeing the delicate and refined quality of the color payoff.

Formulation Mixing and Structural Control Standards
The ratios of oils, binders, and powders must be precisely controlled to ensure that the semi-finished product possesses excellent adhesion properties without compromising the subsequent pan-pressing and molding process. The mixing process requires the system to be homogeneous and free of clumps, while simultaneously ensuring the compatibility of different color pigments to prevent issues such as color migration or stratification.

Pan-Pressing and Stability Standards
During the molding stage, pressing pressure and humidity levels must be carefully controlled to ensure the powder structure is compact yet not excessively compressed, thereby guaranteeing that the product is easy to pick up with an applicator and resistant to crumbling during use. Furthermore, the product must undergo rigorous testing-including heat resistance, cold resistance, drop tests, and storage stability assessments-to ensure that the eyeshadow does not crack, detach from the pan, or deteriorate over the course of long-term use, thereby meeting the stringent quality requirements for commercial production.
