Safety Testing
This focuses primarily on heavy metal content and microbiological indicators. Common tests include the analysis of heavy metals such as lead, arsenic, mercury, and cadmium, as well as total bacterial counts and the detection of molds and yeasts. Physicochemical Property Testing
This mainly encompasses parameters such as acid value, peroxide value, moisture content, melting point range, and viscosity. Stability and Application Performance Testing
This includes assessments of heat resistance, cold resistance, compatibility, and storage stability. Through high-temperature and low-temperature cycling or accelerated aging experiments, the raw materials are observed for signs of phase separation, discoloration, or changes in odor, thereby allowing for an evaluation of their suitability for actual manufacturing processes.
